βασιλεία · Kingdom-First Financial Planning
Trusted advisor Ben Fox helps individuals and families trade fear and guesswork for a plan that aligns every dollar with purpose — providing for your household, blessing others, and leaving an inheritance to the next generation.
“The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” — Psalm 24:1
Finance was not born hostile to faith — it was born from the Bible's own pages. Stewardship, honest weights and measures, sowing and harvest, multiplying what the Master entrusts: the industry's deepest roots run straight through Scripture, and it was built for stewards. Money was never the problem. Somewhere along the way, we stopped asking money to serve the Kingdom and crowned it as one — gave it its own rule, its own liturgy of returns, and its own measure of success that counts balances but never faithfulness. Jesus named the choice plainly: “You cannot serve God and money.” (Matthew 6:24)
The separation is subtle, and nearly all of us live inside it without noticing: convictions over here, finances over there, each operating independently. Everyone wants their money to reflect what matters most to them. Most plans end up with no category for the question that matters most: “Lord, what would You have me do with what You've placed in my hands?”
The result is a map to a destination you never chose.

serves your calling.
how to handle money Biblically, but you're not confident you're modeling it yourself.
Scripture says, “Do not be anxious…” — yet no one has ever shown you a plan that makes that peace possible.
For years, my finances were separate from who I was. My faith was sincere — it shaped my family, my church, my character. However, my financial life ran on its own track. I had built a career at one of the nation's largest firms, served hundreds of families, done everything the industry called right — and never asked the question underneath it all.
Why was my money the one part of my life my faith didn't touch?
The answer came not through a crisis but through a conviction. Sitting under the teaching and discipleship of Dr. Tony Evans, the Holy Spirit confronted me with the Kingdom Agenda — “the visible demonstration of His comprehensive rule over every area of life.” Nothing separate. Nothing on its own track. If Christ is Lord at all, He is Lord of the ledger. Therefore, I brought my own plan — every dollar, every account, every decision — under His agenda first before I ever asked a client to do the same.
The Greek word Scripture uses for that Kingdom is basileia. This conviction is why our firm exists — and why it bears that name.
That's when I discovered the key truth: money makes a faithful servant and a terrible master. Your faith already informs how you raise your children, how you spend your time, and how you give. It should also inform how your money is held, invested, and transferred. Basileia Wealth exists to close that gap — comprehensively and faithfully, over the long arc of your life.
We own nothing. We steward everything.
Wealth is never owned — it is entrusted. The steward's job is to manage the Master's resources faithfully, so they multiply and bless the household (Matt 25:14–30). We walk this path together — you are not alone.
A comprehensive inventory of everything entrusted to you: income, assets, debts, insurance, and — just as important — your calling, conviction, and chapter of life. A steward's first act is to know what the Master has placed in his/her care.“Know well the condition of your flocks.” (Proverbs 27:23)
Together, we articulate a written stewardship vision that answers the question: What purpose does this wealth serve? Discernment is determining how much is enough — a financial finish line for your lifestyle — so that you can experience financial freedom and greater Kingdom impact.“Give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with the food that is needful for me.” (Proverbs 30:8)
We build a personalized financial plan that aligns every account, dollar, and decision with that vision: cash flow, investments, taxes, insurance, giving, and estate design. For many, this includes aligning the investments themselves with conviction — because every investment has an impact.“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance.” (Proverbs 21:5)
A plan is a vineyard, not a monument — planted once, then tended for a lifetime. Through implementation and our regular review process, we prune, water, and adjust the plan season by season, so it keeps bearing fruit.“Every branch that does bear fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” (John 15:2)
We prepare the next generation through family conversations, legacy documents, and preparing the stewards who come after you — whether children, family, or those you choose.“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children.” (Proverbs 13:22)
Sleep soundly — your written plan keeps watch over the details so you can rest.
You and your spouse on the same page, having financial conversations that build your marriage instead of straining it.
Giving joyfully and strategically, not from leftovers or guilt.
Every account with a job, every dollar with an assignment.
Making major decisions — home, career, retirement, college — from conviction not anxiety.
Released from the comparison treadmill — contentment with purpose.
Ready for the storm before the clouds form.
Watching your resources fund the desires of your heart.
Passing financial wisdom to the next generation by example.
Living toward the words every steward longs to hear: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
Every lasting build begins the same way: sit down, count the cost, and draw the plans before the first stone is laid.
An initial conversation covering your full financial picture, including your convictions, callings, and chapter of life.
A personalized, comprehensive plan aligning cash flow, investments, tax strategy, protection, giving, and estate design with your stewardship vision.
A closing meeting to walk through the recommended plan — clarity with a mapped path to implementation.
One annual meeting — included — to track progress, tend the plan, and adjust for the new season. In the years that follow, clients continue with the Annual Plan Renewal ($1,250) — a refreshed plan at half the cost of a new one. For clients whose investments we manage, ongoing reviews are always included in the advisory relationship.
The complete engagement: $2,500 — every step above included.
Every season of stewardship has its own questions.
We walk through every season together.

Now weigh it against the alternatives: the cost of a single bad rollover decision, an uncoordinated tax year, or a decade of overlapping fund fees quietly compounding against you. This is not a cost — it is an investment. Clarity is rarely the expensive option.
Your Investment at Basileia
Without a plan, you risk:
“Which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost?” — Luke 14:28
Most people aren't failing to build.
They're building without ever sitting down. The cost is measurable:
Consider what a person spends in a single year on streaming services, eating out, or one vacation — and compare it to a plan that governs every dollar for decades.
What is the plan actually buying? Not a countdown to a quitting date but freedom — the ability to keep working, serving, and giving in whatever way you are called, in every season. Scripture never pictures the faithful as finished: "They still bear fruit in old age." (Psalm 92:14) A person who saves for freedom rather than merely for retirement often needs a smaller number — and gains a larger life.
This isn't a purchase. It's the counting-the-cost session for a multi-generational tower.

We provide more than investment management. You receive a comprehensive wealth strategy rooted in a Biblical worldview — stewardship, personal values, and long-term Kingdom impact — so that your finances serve your calling not vice versa.
We'll talk about your story, your desires, and your direction — and take an honest first look at your financial picture. No preparation needed, nothing to sign, and no products to buy. You'll leave knowing whether this is the right fit and what a wise next step entails.
Yes — twice over. First, the legal and ethical standard: through EverSource Wealth Advisors, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor, I am obligated to act in your best interest, placing your needs above my own. That duty of undivided loyalty and care arises the moment a client entrusts money, property, or plans to my counsel. Second — and to my mind the weightier commitment — my accountability as a Certified Kingdom Advisor®. The CKA® designation carries its own code of ethics and enforcement, and behind it an accountability to God for how I counsel the clients in my care. You can verify any CKA®, including me, through Kingdom Advisors. [Compliance to approve exact fiduciary language.]
Stewards deserve a straight answer about how their advisor is paid, so here it is. I am a fee-based advisor — a hybrid model. The core of the relationship is direct client fees: advisory fees on assets under management, which include holistic planning services. In addition, when implementing a plan involves certain financial products — investments, insurance, or annuities — I may also earn a commission from the provider. This is different from a fee-only advisor, who is compensated exclusively by client fees. What matters most is that nothing is ever hidden: every fee and any commission is disclosed before you commit to anything, and you are welcome to ask about compensation at any point.
In plain numbers: the Stewardship Plan — my comprehensive planning engagement — is $2,500 (including your first annual review), the Annual Plan Renewal thereafter is $1,250, hourly counsel is $250, and investment management is a tiered advisory fee of 1.25% annualized on the first $500K, stepping down to 0.75% as assets grow — with ongoing reviews included. [Compliance to approve exact wording and required disclosures.]
No. Stewardship starts at the foundation — spending plans, protection and insurance, giving, getting the first structures right — and some of our clients began with nothing more than a protection plan. The Stewardship Plan serves clients at that stage just as faithfully as it serves clients with significant wealth. Once a portfolio grows, ongoing investment management typically adds the most value for households with $250,000 or more to invest — this is a milestone on the road not a toll gate at the start of it. Wherever you are, let's have a conversation to help set you on the right path.
Yes. We guide you through estate and wealth-transfer strategies — titling, beneficiaries, trusts, and gifting — to protect what's been entrusted to you, steward taxes wisely, and ensure your legacy carries both your assets and your wisdom to the next generation.
Absolutely — and we prefer it. Good stewardship is a team effort. We coordinate directly with your CPA on multi-year tax strategy and with your attorney on estate documents, so every professional serving your interests is pulling in the same direction.
Bring them. The first conversation is designed for exactly this — unhurried, pressure-free, and honest about costs and trade-offs. Many of the clients we serve started with one eager spouse and one skeptical one; clarity has a way of uniting them.
Clients meet at least annually — the Annual Stewardship Review included in your first year, and the Annual Plan Renewal in the years that follow. For clients whose investments we manage, reviews are ongoing — quarterly account reviews and an annual stewardship meeting are included in the advisory relationship. The door is open between meetings. Plans, like vineyards, are tended season by season — you will never wonder when we'll talk next.
No. The door is open to anyone who wants planning aligned with their values and a trustworthy process. If you want an advisor who will treat your resources as something more than a scoreboard, you are welcome here.
Dear fellow steward,
At Basileia Wealth, my conviction is simple: everything we have is entrusted not owned. I've learned that what we do with money and why we do it are never separate questions — where your treasure is, your heart follows. I've seen what money does to individuals and families when it becomes the master — and what God does when it becomes the servant.
That conviction was born in my own life. For years my faith was sincere — it shaped my family, my church, my character — yet my finances ran on a track of their own. Then the Holy Spirit confronted me with the Kingdom Agenda — “the visible demonstration of the comprehensive rule of God over every area of life.” Nothing walled off. Nothing on its own track. God owns it all, and we are His stewards — entrusted with time, talent, and treasure alike.
Think of Adam in the garden: called to tend and cultivate what he did not own. This is our calling with money. What we pass on is more than a balance — legacy is stewarding talents, faith, and a family's heritage, handed carefully from one generation to the next. I have watched that truth prove itself in my own family's story, as well as in the individuals and families I have been privileged to serve for more than twenty years.
Therefore, this is my invitation — whether you are just laying a foundation or stewarding significant wealth, whether you come alone or with a house full: bring your whole self, faith and finances together. That is how Basileia Wealth serves, because that is how the Kingdom works.
My deepest desire is to help you hear, at the end of it all, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” If your money has been running on a track of its own — apart from your deepest convictions, and apart from the God who spoke them — and you are ready to bring it all back together, I'd be honored to walk with you.
— Ben Fox
